International Yoga Day is June 21, 2022. The Yoga Lab will celebrate this wonderful day by offering a day full of mindfulness, movement and power. Mindfulness: Remember why we practice yoga and the spiritual benefits from calming your body and mind.
Movement: Using the physical blessings that you have to express gratitude.
Power: Yoga is power. Whenever you intentionally combine your body, mind and spirit in unison you are moving in power.
